Customer Reviews
Good desktop humidor
I ordered a Desktop Humidor from them last week. It arrived pretty fast, took about 4 days to get to me. It looks nice on my desk and seems to be holding humidity well. No complaints, pretty happy with it overall.
Detailed feedback on walk-in humidor
I ordered a custom Walk-In Humidor from Your Elegant Bar a couple of months ago. The ordering process was quite involved, with several calls to discuss dimensions and features. Their team provided layout guidance which was helpful for my space. Shipping took longer than expected for such a large item, around three and a half weeks, but it arrived well-crated and undamaged. The installation was complex, but the instructions provided were clear enough for my contractor to follow. The quality of the Spanish Cedar shelving is excellent, and the climate control system maintains a consistent environment. I also purchased extra Humidification Reservoirs as a backup, and they were identical to the original ones. The unit looks professional and functions perfectly for my collection. The initial lead time estimate was a bit optimistic, but the final product is impressive.
Amazing smoke eater!
I got the Commercial Smoke Eater for my cigar lounge and it's incredible! It handles the smoke so well, my place smells so much better now. I was worried it wouldn't be powerful enough but it really does the job. Installation was straightforward too. I'm definitely going to recommend Your Elegant Bar to other lounge owners!
Cabinet humidor and service
I recently purchased a Cabinet Humidor from Your Elegant Bar. The humidor itself is very solid and looks great in my lounge. Delivery was a bit slow, it took nearly two weeks to arrive even though it was listed as in stock, which was a little frustrating. However, the customer service team was responsive when I inquired about the delay and kept me updated. The price was competitive for the quality, so I feel I got good value for money. Just wish shipping was a bit faster.

Hey, does elegant bar ever do promo codes for like, smaller items? Looking at some hygrometers and cutters, wondering if I should wait for a sale.
Thinking about getting one of their commercial smoke eaters. Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes for the big stuff? I'm in Miami.
